12 games and scoring 6 goals in 5 months, Bechara
returns to Brazil with excellent memories from Al-Ahli
Sports Club where he consideres to have been a great
experience for him.

the club, and after being considered the best
coach of the 2003-2004 football season in Saudi
Arabia. Mister Valmir
underwent a delicate medical surgery at the
beginning of this season, and it was time now to
retire. |

Rogerio Pereira (3) scored his second hat-trick this
season in the five Al-Ahli goals in a 6-1 victory
against Al-Ansar. With this victory Al-Ahli stays
in the top 4 in the
Saudi League.
Rogerio Pereira is now the TOP SCORER in the Saudi
league with 8 goals so far in the season.

first and home game against Al-Aqsa from
Palestine 3-1.

on Monday, August 23rd after recovering from the
surgery he had to undergo last month.

a medical operation to resolve a small problem
related to his health. His recovery will take
about a month and he will be with the team
before the season starts around the middle of
August. In the meantime Al-Ahli's

"Canela" and new Assistant Coach
Mario "Tilico" will take charge
during Mister Valmir's

After
signing a contract with Al-Ittihad from
Saudi Arabia
on June 29th 2004, inexplicably
Sergio Junior signed in
July 2004 a
second contract this time with Al Wahda
Club from the UAE. Obviously badly advised by dishonest and unscrupulous people, he acted
without thinking of the consequences of his actions and the club
was enduced in error. The situation is
very simple, when he signed this second contract he was already
Al-Ittihad player therefore he cannot
play for any other team without Al-Ittihad
consent or authorization rendering the contract of Al-Wahda invalid and illegal as per the FIFA
statutes. Al-Ittihad should and has
already exposed the case to the competent bodies of FIFA and this
may result in severe punishment to both the player and Al-Wahda Club.

with 3 new assistant coaches for Al-Ahli
Sports Club from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By
indication of Mister Valmir Louruz,
Mario "Tillico" and

Bechara to Al-Ahli Sports Club from
Jeddah, Saudi
Arabia.
Bechara Jalkh
Leonardo de Oliveira, his full name and 1,84m, who played for Santos, Fortaleza, Sao Caetano
and Portuguesa, signed a 1 year
contract with the Saudi Club. He will be joining the club for the
pre-season alongside Rogerio Pereira
and Kim.

Arabian Champions
League Competition Al-Ahli tied
1-1 with Al-Ittihad and sits now in 2nd
place with 7 points in
Group B
behind CS Sfaxien (Tunisia) with 9
points. Al-Ahli goal came from a corner
kicked by uruguayan player
Adrian Sarkissian.
Al-Ahli will now face Ismaili
(Egypt)
who sits in 3rd place with 5 points and it will be the decisive
game to who will qualify to the semi-finals rounds.

In the
semi-final game of
"the
final four" Al-Ahli lost
1-2 to Al-Shabbab and the chance to
discuss the final of the Saudi League with Al-Ittihad.
However, Al-Ahli did a great job
reaching the fourth position after being in 9th position in
January and practically eliminated. The only goal and last of the
season was scored by
Rogerio Pereira, who
finishes the year with a total of 14 goals in 12 official
games since January 2004.

Al-Ahli (4th in the regular season) won
5-1 and
Rogerio Pereira (hat-trick)
and
Kim
(1 goal) were in great shape in the first final
four" game against Al-Hilal
(3rd) in Riyadh. Rogerio has now 10 goals
in the League and 3 goals in the Cup, for a total of 13 goals in 11
official games with Al-Ahli, while Kim
has scored 7 goals in the League and 3 goals in the Arabian
Champions League Cup,for a total of 10
goals this season. Al-Ahli will face next
Al-Shabbab (2nd) also in Riyadh and in case of victory
they will meel Al-Ittihad
